In addition to being a Gallup Global Certified Strengths Coach®, Tawny holds a Master of Science in Management, Organizational Leadership Degree, a Certificate in Executive Leadership, and has held positions as an Olympic Development Coach, Corporate Wilderness Instructor, Corporate Trainer, Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development, and Sr. Organizational Development Consultant. Her style is nurturing and engaging-providing a comfortable yet professional environment.
